It's always interesting to meet new clients on-site when a lot is fully treed and hear them say that they can't imagine a house on their lot. Instead of just talking, I like to walk them up the street and show them a finished home and let them know that those homeowners felt the same way.

I let my work speak for itself. I tell them that's why they hired me. My role is not just to put a house together - anyone can do that. I like to listen to their suggestions, their opinions, and use my expertise to make all that happen for them.
